The iPad is still the market leader tablets as Q3, analysts show. Over the past three months 16.7 million boards were sold and the amazing 66.6% of those few dozen tablets iPads. The Android sent a total of $ 4.5 million in the third quarter, which have a proportion of 26.9%. Now that may be enough to make Android the only other major player in the game compressed, but is actually a step backwards for Google's operating system, compared with Q2.

In the second quarter Android had a market share of 30.1% and was the aspect that has the potential to challenge the dominance of iPad. Now that it has lost some ground, though the new Android tablets that are seemingly coming out every week, the questions that need to be done. Or maybe Google responded to in advance with the introduction of Sandwich Ice Cream - the coming months will bring the answer to that.

As for the other tablet platforms - Microsoft Windows, has two. The 4% market share, while RIM QNX running on only 1.2% of the lists submitted. They were both 4.6% and 3.3% of the shares in Q2, respectively, so that your prospects are looking worse. Of course, Windows 8 should be a change for the Redmond company, but the Canadians comeback plans remain a mystery.
